I can't say enough about the hotel, the location, and the great service! They try to anticipate your every need and care about your happiness. Every morning you wake up to an amazing breakfast buffet which every option you can imagine. Did I tell you all the food is homemade

I love everything at the Grotta : beautiful room and view, fabulous breakfast (varied, enormous, home made), very good dinners with a view, and above all the people working at the hotel : you feel like you're part of the family. I've never felt that in any other hotel I went to. Bravoooooo !

Everything was perfect! The hotel is driven by a super nice and welcoming family! The hotel is 5 min walking to the Naxos center and our room had been recently renovated;) the breakfast definitely deserves a special mention: every day different cakes together with Greek yogurt and fresh fruits...absolutely fantastic...and probably unbeatable! For us now Naxos means hotel Grotta!

Unbelievable service. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in for service, staff, comfort, location, friendliness, value for money and BREAKFAST! The breakfast is the best breakfast in the universe!! Unreal.... Also their white wine is so nice we asked if they would ship it to Ireland and the US. I will defiantly be going back. The warmest welcome in the world. They were kind enough to pick us up from the airport and when we arrived we were treated to a great welcome including a welcome drink. Despina & Marie were absolutely lovely and helped us settle in very easily. The location is stunning right next to the sea yet a few minutes walking from the old town and restaurants...

This was easily our favorite place in Greece. Beautiful location, lovely rooms and furnishings, great views, spectacular breakfast, and absolutely extraordinary hospitality. We were truly welcomed here and were comfortable from the moment we arrived.

Very welcoming and friendly - pick-up from the harbour, welcome drink upon arrival... These people genuinely care for their guests (even those like us that are coming only for one short night!). Fantastic breakfast (with home made cakes etc.). Nice views from the restaurant over the sea and Naxos Town.

The most wonderful, kind, helpful and cheerful staff made our stay at Hotel Grotta a holiday to remember. And yes it is definitely the "best breakfast in the universe"! The setting, the ambiance and the food are second to none and we will definitely be going back for more!
