The warmest welcome in the world. They were kind enough to pick us up from the airport and when we arrived we were treated to a great welcome including a welcome drink. Very welcoming and friendly - pick-up from the harbour, welcome drink upon arrival... These people genuinely care for their guests (even those like us that are coming only for one short night!). Fantastic breakfast (with home made cakes etc.). Nice views from the restaurant over the sea and Naxos Town.

I love everything at the Grotta : beautiful room and view, fabulous breakfast (varied, enormous, home made), very good dinners with a view, and above all the people working at the hotel : you feel like you're part of the family. I've never felt that in any other hotel I went to. Bravoooooo !

Everything was perfect! The hotel is driven by a super nice and welcoming family! The hotel is 5 min walking to the Naxos center and our room had been recently renovated;) the breakfast definitely deserves a special mention: every day different cakes together with Greek yogurt and fresh fruits...absolutely fantastic...and probably unbeatable! For us now Naxos means hotel Grotta!

Unbelievable service. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in for service, staff, comfort, location, friendliness, value for money and BREAKFAST!
